A leading sales firm in Brazil is seeking a Sales Assistant to manage the full proposal lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. The role requires effective communication with clients to align expectations and collaborate with internal teams. Candidates should exhibit strong problem-solving skills and market research experience. This position offers full-time remote work, with opportunities to contribute to strategic sales efforts within a dynamic environment.
As a Sales Assistant you play a key role in the business sales cycle by ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of client proposals. You are responsible for managing the proposal process end-to-endevaluating feasibility securing competitive pricing and aligning with client expectations.
You will also engage directly with clients consistently representing QQFS with professionalism and integrity in every this role you are responsible for ensuring all proposals are properly allocated and delivered on time.
You will contribute to a collaborative environment within the Account Executive team and work closely with theClient Service DirectorsandBusiness Development Director providing proposal support and proactively contributing to strategic sales efforts.
Including but not limited to the following :
Engage with clients during the proposal phase to clarify requirements and align expectations.
Collaborate closely with Operations to ensure client needs are clearly understood and met.
Contribute to revenue and profit targets by supporting accurate and competitive proposals.
