Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and improve performance indicators.
- Perform market intelligence work by providing useful information to the account manager.
- Support specific accounts with technical and/or commercial tasks.
- Conduct sales activities related to new customer projects.
- Support HUB customers with their projects (such as implementing new products and technologies) and current projects, focusing on quality and costs.
- Act as a sales representative for internal projects.
- Deliver reports on field failures to internal partners; gather material for decisions and customer reports based on regional sales manager directives; perform quality control.
- Support external vendors.
- Assist Customer Service.
- Analyze customer registration documents.
- Process orders in ERP (Oracle), analyze order portfolios, and manage order releases for shipping.
- Provide telephone service to customers and manage delivery positioning.
- Handle administrative export order processing.
- Coordinate collections with carriers for invoiced orders.
- Prepare, analyze, and respond to sales quotation requests.
- Update monthly control of commercial proposals for the product line.
- Follow the company's mission, vision, values, policies, and objectives.
- Take responsibility and commit to a positive work environment and achieving results.
- Adhere to management, quality, and safety standards and procedures.
- Maintain and conserve company assets under your responsibility.
- Keep your workplace clean and organized.
- Perform other activities as assigned by the manager related to your area.
Requirements:
- Engineering student or graduate.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Basic knowledge of thermodynamics and heat exchangers.
- Experience in customer support.
- Advanced level of English.
