• Lead and manage a team of Ruby developers, setting clear objectives, fostering professional growth, and promoting collaboration.
• Implement and advocate for best practices in software development, focusing on Ruby and associated technologies.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Ruby development, evaluating and integrating cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
• Facilitate effective communication between the Ruby development team and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and project success.
• Address and resolve complex technical challenges, making critical architectural and design decisions.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and technical excellence within the team.

Here’s what we are looking for :

• 7+ years of experience with Ruby.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration.
• In-depth knowledge of Design Patterns.
• Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge.
• Expertise in both back-end and front-end development areas.
• Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CI / CD pipelines.
• Expert understanding of client's requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses.
• Advanced knowledge of the trade-offs involved in choosing specific technologies or solutions.
• Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision-making, time estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning.
• Advanced level of English.
