A customer service company is looking for a fully remote Email - RPG Gaming Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will help resolve player issues, troubleshoot, and provide support in English. Ideal candidates have customer support experience and a passion for RPG and general gaming. The position offers competitive pay, internal bonuses, and 20 days of paid vacation. You will work with a young international team, covering shifts around the clock.

Requirements
  • You love playing Games!
  • Candidates should have previous experience in the Customer Support field
  • Must speak and write professional English
  • Personal Computer or Laptop with a Stable Internet Connection.
  • You enjoy use and understand computer systems.
  • Computer skills, fast and accurate keyboard writing speed
  • Un-Interrupted Electricity and or UPS(power backup)
  • RPG Games knowledge, Mobile Gaming, PC Gaming, Console Gaming, E-sports Knowledge is a must.

24 / 7 Coverage – 5 working days a week / 2 days off, 8.5 hours working shifts
