Role Description :

We are seeking a Research Assistant to support data collection, analysis, and reporting for research projects. This role involves conducting literature reviews, gathering market or industry information, and preparing accurate reports to help teams make informed decisions. This is a fully remote position based in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct literature reviews, market research, and data collection
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate insights
• Prepare clear, accurate, and professional research reports and presentations
• Assist with surveys, interviews, and other data-gathering activities
• Maintain research documentation and databases
• Collaborate with internal teams on research projects
• Support administrative tasks related to research activities

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Portuguese is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with research tools or statistical software is an advantage
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting
