A financial solutions company based in São Paulo is seeking a Sr. Associate - Regulatory Compliance to monitor new regulations and ensure compliance in the finance sector. The candidate will collaborate with legal, product, risk, and operations teams and must possess a strong understanding of Bacen and CMN regulations. Candidates should have at least 7 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance, a relevant degree, and fluency in Portuguese and English. This role supports financial inclusion efforts in Brazil.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in Regulatory Compliance within financial services or fintechs.
• Strong understanding of Bacen & CMN regulations.

About the Role

The Sr. Associate - Regulatory Compliance is responsible for monitoring emerging regulations, regulatory changes, and ensuring timely compliance planning.

This role partners with legal, product, risk, and operations teams to ensure products and processes meet regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

Monitor and interpret new laws, regulations, and regulatory trends issued by Bacen, CMN, CVM, COAF, Receita Federal, and industry bodies (e.g., Febraban).

Translate regulatory requirements into internal impact assessments and action plans.

Prepare concise and executive-level regulatory briefings for senior management and governance.
