A leading energy beverage company is seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Analyst in São Paulo, Brazil. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish, along with 3+ years of recruitment experience in consumer goods or related industries. The successful candidate will work with local HR teams, manage various stakeholder relationships, and apply best practices in recruitment, ensuring an optimal candidate experience across Latin America. A collaborative mindset and data analysis skills are essential for this position.

The Regional Talent Acquisition Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day recruitment of high-performing talent for various levels and roles across Latin America (primarily in Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Panama, Dominican Republic and other Latam roles).
The TA Analyst will work closely with the local HR teams and Hiring Managers, empowering and guiding them to make informed hiring decisions.
Will apply HR recruitment best practices and processes within the region and local markets, ensuring a premium candidate experience across Latin America throughout the entire hiring lifecycle.
Additionally, will utilize data and insights to analyze internal and external information and provide recommendations for solutions.
