As part of our global Sourcing team, you’ll lead end-to-end procurement initiatives across Professional Services, Technology Services, Real Estate, and Facilities Management, working alongside experts across multiple geographies.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing initiatives across key categories such as Professional Services (consulting, HR, legal, insurance, translation), Technology Services, and Corporate Services (Real Estate, Facilities).
- Manage complete tendering processes (RFPs, RFIs) and supplier evaluations to identify best-value providers.
- Develop robust negotiation strategies based on cost analytics, market insights, and client objectives.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to build long-term, collaborative relationships across the Americas and globally.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts—including Master Agreements, Statements of Work, and SLAs—with minimal legal support.
- Ensure alignment with client governance, regulatory frameworks, and sourcing policies.
- Track and report savings, value creation, and project milestones using Chain IQ and client systems.
- Collaborate globally to leverage synergies, share best practices, and continuously enhance procurement performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Supply Chain, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.
- 3+ years of sourcing or procurement experience—ideally covering Professional Services, Technology, and Corporate categories.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills with limited legal oversight.
- Proven experience running large-scale sourcing projects and managing regional supplier networks.
- Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is essential.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for analytical reporting and executive presentations.
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities
- Lead procurement activities for wind projects in Brazil, ensuring timely and cost-effective supplier engagement.

The Senior Manager of Campus Facilities & Procurement is responsible for overseeing and managing the physical infrastructure, facilities, maintenance, construction, health and safety, and procurement functions at Avenues São Paulo. This role ensures a safe, compliant, and operationally efficient environment across all back-office and heavy-duty areas, supporting the school’s mission and daily operations.
Main responsibilities
- Ensure campus facilities align with Avenues' standards regarding safety, efficiency, and brand consistency.
- Oversee the campus's expansion and summer construction, ensuring readiness at the start of each academic year.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and accreditor regulations regarding infrastructure and health and safety.
- Optimize vendor relations for services such as construction, facilities maintenance, and procurement.
- Manage and streamline procurement processes (national and international), ensuring the campus receives quality resources at the best price, including contracts management and legal compliance.
- Implement and maintain an efficient work‑order management system to address maintenance and repair needs according to the SLA.

Qualifications
- Solid experience in operations management and/or school leadership, preferably in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; postgraduate degree is a plus.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in areas including legal and regulatory compliance, risk management, vendor management, construction oversight, environmental health and safety, indoor air quality, and procurement.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, organize multiple workstreams, and design scalable processes and KPIs.
- Strong sourcing and procurement skills, with the ability to identify needs and efficiently purchase goods and services.
- Experience prioritizing and overseeing maintenance and repair activities through an effective work‑order management system.
- Comfortable operating in environments with ambiguity and change; intellectually curious, adaptable, and quick to learn.
