Qualificações

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide field access support services and education to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to maximize patient access to products
  • Communicate with Specialty Pharmacies (SPs), Closed Door Pharmacies (CDPs), and HUB partners to support marketed products
  • Build and maintain relationships with pharmacies, physicians, and HCPs to resolve coverage issues for prescriptions
  • Introduce technology options for electronic Patient Access submissions and support related coverage documentation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and operational teams to identify and resolve patient access challenges
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • BS/BA degree in a related field AND 6+ years of pharma/biotech commercial experience, with 2+ years in specialty pharmacy/market access
  • Strong understanding of specialty pharmacies, managed care, and pharmacy benefit managers
  • Excellent knowledge of patient support programs including reimbursement and financial assistance
  • Ability to communicate payer coverage criteria and prior authorization processes
  • Ability to travel overnight up to 60% across the U.S.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred AND 4+ years of related experience
  • Previous experience in other functions in pharma/biotech such as sales, management, or marketing
  • Familiarity with current issues within the pharmaceutical industry and national healthcare system
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in leading cross-functional teams
  • Excellent project management and analytical thinking skills
