Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Define and execute territory sales plans.
  • Manage the sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, sales calls, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
  • Analyze customer base for upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
  • Make data‑informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.
  • Work with local teams to increase the number of customers across the region.
  • Oversee and direct performance of the sales team.
  • Manage and develop a team of sales personnel, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the sales process.
  • Develop and implement policies for compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements
