THE OPPORTUNITY

Be the next Wellbeing Engagement Senior Manager (Implementation) to join our Wellbeing Engagement team in São Paulo! We are opening a position in our Execution team, where the focus is on transforming ideas into action. This team ensures our strategies are implemented with excellence, managing projects end-to-end, coordinating stakeholders, and bringing campaigns and engagement plans to life. YOUR IMPACT

  • Deploy Wellhub’ global WE strategy and best practices in the BR market, assuring its correct execution.
  • Lead the Implementation team to develop a toolbox of initiatives to support our clients’ requests, adjusting processes and ensuring a flawless execution.
  • Responsible for defining and executing our Year Events Calendar, ongoing events and cross-clients initiatives.
  • Responsible for defining and executing the on-site strategy, improving cost efficiency, process, productivity, inventory control and logistics.
  • Responsible for defining our virtual engagement initiatives, improving the webinar experience, its process and scalability.
  • Work in partnership with planners to identify opportunities and propose solutions to address clients’ needs.
  • Responsible for the budget control and payment process, managing also the relationship with our 3rd party vendors.
  • Work with multiple internal and external stakeholders in order to enable initiatives and projects.
  • Lead, coach and develop the team.
