Primary Location: Brazil (BR) – Sao Paulo – Indaiatuba.

Regarding The Opportunity

As the Regional Compliance Manager, South America and Mexico, you will serve as the primary compliance leader responsible for advancing the company’s corporate compliance program in Brazil and Argentina.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement improvements to strengthen or enhance in-region program elements that align with company policies and global regulations.
  • Advance compliance program priorities in region while navigating complex and changing regulatory environments.
  • Support the advancement of a speak‑up culture and good faith reporting.
  • Develop and conduct training and complementary compliance awareness campaigns.
  • Create routine reports and analytics on regional compliance trends, opportunities, and outcomes for Corporate Compliance, Regional leadership team, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with regional business leaders and teams to embed compliance in decision‑making by identifying vulnerabilities early, advising on obligations, and driving coordinated risk mitigation plans that support strategic goals and operational objectives.
Skills You Need
  • Advising a business in compliance‑related matters.
  • Advanced Spanish proficiency, including a broad vocabulary, strong grammar skills, the ability to lead meetings, argue and negotiate effectively, and deliver training sessions.
  • Advanced English proficiency, including a broad vocabulary, strong grammar skills, the ability to lead meetings, argue and negotiate effectively, and deliver training sessions.
  • Demonstrated experience developing compliance program elements effectively executed in growth & emerging markets.
  • Experienced team player and self‑starter who proactively develops business partnerships.
  • Demonstrated experience driving accountability for self and others.
  • Demonstrates good decision making that considers potential risks, business goals, and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ethical leadership and integrity.
  • Demonstrated ability to issue spot and incorporate predictive analytics, and technology in prioritization of tasks.
  • Ble and willing to travel up to 25%.
