Responsibilities

  • Motivate and train broker chain specialists to enhance results in assigned geography
Qualifications (Required)
  • 4-Year College Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of Foodservice Sales experience
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in CRM reporting (Salesforce, MS Office)
  • Experience in evaluating operator trade programs and partnerships
  • Ability to analyze market conditions and growth potential
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with national or regional chain accounts
  • Familiarity with sales broker management
  • Background in distributor account management
  • Culinary and/or operations experience
