Overview

We are looking for two enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Sourcers to join our growing team in São Paulo, Brazil. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is bilingual in Portuguese and English, passionate about talent acquisition, and eager to work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to find top-tier IT talent.

Responsibilities
  • Candidate Identification: Proactively source and identify IT professionals (e.g., Java Developers, QA Engineers) using various tools and databases, often under tight deadlines.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain trackers and spreadsheets to monitor requisitions (RRs), candidate progress, and hiring status updates.
  • Recruiter Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and align sourcing efforts with business priorities.
  • Offer & Onboarding Documentation: Assist with updating and re-sending offer letters when candidates confirm earlier joining dates.
  • Document Collection: Collect key documents required for onboarding, including: Signed offer letters and conditional offers; Background check (BGC) clearance reports; Medical examination reports; Payroll registration documents (Brazil-specific – 133+ fields).
  • Onboarding Wizard Support: Guide new hires through the onboarding portal for uploading required documents such as ID, address proof, academic qualifications, etc.
  • Follow-Ups: Monitor and follow up with candidates to collect missing documents like ID proofs, photographs, and address verification.
Qualifications
  • Languages: Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing (IT sector preferred).
  • Skills: Strong organizational and coordination skills; ability to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with ATS or recruitment tools; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
