This fully remote position involves collaborating with global hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and hire top technical talent. Key responsibilities include managing the recruitment lifecycle and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of technical recruitment experience and strong communication skills.

Qualificações

  • 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment or IT staffing.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles such as Software Engineers, DevOps, Cloud, Data, AI / ML, and QA.
  • Experience sourcing candidates for remote and global roles.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Source candidates using multiple channels including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and technical communities.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Job Title: Technical Recruiter Location: Brazil (Remote)

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter based in Brazil to support end-to-end recruitment for technology roles across engineering, data, cloud, and emerging tech domains. This is a fully remote position, collaborating with global hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and hire top technical talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities
  • Source candidates using multiple channels including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and technical communities
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and ensure recruitment metrics are tracked
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent for current and future needs
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment or IT staffing
  • Strong understanding of technical roles such as Software Engineers, DevOps, Cloud, Data, AI / ML, and QA
  • Experience sourcing candidates for remote and global roles
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting in Latin America or global markets
  • Knowledge of modern tech stacks (Java, Python, React, Cloud platforms, DevOps tools, etc.)
  • Prior experience in agency or fast-paced startup environments
