What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Assist with the development and coordination of all data reports related to quality improvement
  • Support the implementation of quality improvement performance audit processes and tools
  • Manage and ensure the accuracy and integrity of health services data reports

  • Develop recommendations for process improvement based on quality assessments
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study or equivalent years of experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in Quality Improvement, preferably in a healthcare setting

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn electronic health record systems

  • Knowledge of flowcharting/mapping tools for quality improvement
