As QA Engineer at 99x Brazil, you will be at the forefront of our client's software quality assurance processes, focusing on developing and implementing automated as well as manual testing solutions. Your expertise in testing frameworks and automation tools will ensure that their products maintain the highest quality standards while accelerating the release cycles. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate automation into the development lifecycle and improve overall efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute manual and automated test scripts using industry-standard automation tools.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to identify test cases suitable for automation.
• Integrate automated tests within the CI/CD pipeline to streamline the testing process.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on defects and test coverage.
• Participate in code reviews to improve quality and share knowledge.
• Continuously improve existing test frameworks and practices.

Qualifications

• Advanced English skills;
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders and cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering);
• Proven work experience in test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or JUnit;
• Experience in using Artificial Intelligence tools applied to the QA process, supporting test case creation, test data generation, automation, failure analysis, and test coverage improvement;
• Experience in using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar);
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Travis CI, or GitLab;
• Experience acting as the primary QA owner in at least one previous role.
• Ability to design and implement an automated QA process from scratch.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
