A leading technology solutions provider is seeking a Systems Engineer to design and support complex IT systems for enterprise clients. In this fully remote role, you will engage directly with clients, utilize your skills in Microsoft 365 and systems engineering, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. The position pays up to USD20 per hour on a B2B contract basis, ideal for proactive engineers who thrive in dynamic environments.

Qualificações

• 3–4 years of Systems Engineering experience in enterprise or managed service environments.
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365.
• Strong background in Intune and mobile device management.

You’ll work hands‑on with modern infrastructure technologies, collaborate with internal engineering teams, and provide expert guidance to help organizations optimize their IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, install, configure, and support systems technologies, including servers, storage, and Active Directory.
• Consult with clients on integrating new technologies into existing infrastructures.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver tailored business solutions for critical environments.
• Manage and resolve client support tickets, maintaining clear communication and documentation.
• Track time against project agreements to ensure service efficiency and profitability.
• Report on project progress and participate in ongoing technical training and development.

Skills & Experience

• 3–4 years of Systems Engineering experience in enterprise or managed service environments.
• 3–4 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365.
• Strong background in Intune and mobile device management.
• Proficiency with MFA and/or Single Sign-On solutions.
• Solid understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems.

This is a fully remote position, on a B2B contract basis, paying up to USD20 per hour
