Job Description : Position Summary :

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Proposal Process Lead to elevate our proposal operations through process innovation and cross-functional leadership.

This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, ensuring process consistency, and enabling scalable growth.

As a domain expert, you will partner with global and regional teams, spearheading initiatives that optimize efficiency, quality, and speed in our proposal lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, analysis, and continuous improvement of proposal processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Drive end-to-end process excellence, coordinating complex, cross-functional projects that deliver measurable outcomes.
• Develop and implement process metrics and KPIs to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct root cause analyses and leverage data insights to inform business decisions.
• Facilitate large-scale workshops and working sessions to model, re-engineer, and streamline workflows.
• Provide expert consultation on Lean, Six Sigma, and other process optimization methodologies.
• Lead the deployment of special programs, productivity initiatives, and change management projects.
• Deliver impactful presentations and training sessions to upskill stakeholders on process methodologies and tools.
• Act as a key interface between regional, global, and local teams, ensuring alignment on best practices, tools, and compliance.

The Essentials - You will Have :

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Operations, or related fields.
• 5+ years of proven experience in proposal management, process improvement, or project leadership within a complex, matrixed organization.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, adept at engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to extract business insights and inform strategic decisions.
• Experienced in project management methodologies; certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma; Yellow Belt required, Green / Black Belt preferred.
• Skilled at leading by influence, fostering collaboration across diverse, multicultural teams.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience working within global and regional frameworks, ensuring consistency and compliance with corporate standards.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.
