What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage project implementation with the assigned project team while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develop proposals, scopes of work, and project budgets for client approval
- Supervise and direct technical staff on projects, providing training and technical development
- Consult on technical challenges in the drinking water discipline and conduct independent technical reviews
- Oversee project costs and ensure timely invoicing to clients
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering with 9+ years of related experience or a master's degree with 8+ years of experience
- Registered Professional Engineer or ability to obtain registration by reciprocity
- Proven ability to effectively lead and communicate with clients, staff, and contractors
- Strong understanding of state and federal regulatory frameworks
- Valid driver's license is required
