What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Serve as the construction subject matter expert and interface with all lead managers/team leads
• Manage client expectations and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
• Oversee project cost, schedule, and change orders, ensuring proper documentation and approval
• Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate construction risks
• Lead the site construction management and commissioning staff while monitoring overall project progress and safety

What is Required (Qualifications):

• 15+ years of construction industry experience, focusing on full construction experience
• Must have experience with combustion cycle projects and EPC/GC contract models
• 15+ years in progressive leadership roles, supervising construction teams and managing clients
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly across multiple stakeholders and vendors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and OSHA 10 or 30 certification
