What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the construction subject matter expert and interface with all lead managers/team leads
- Manage client expectations and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
- Oversee project cost, schedule, and change orders, ensuring proper documentation and approval
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate construction risks
- Lead the site construction management and commissioning staff while monitoring overall project progress and safety
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 15+ years of construction industry experience, focusing on full construction experience
- Must have experience with combustion cycle projects and EPC/GC contract models
- 15+ years in progressive leadership roles, supervising construction teams and managing clients
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly across multiple stakeholders and vendors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and OSHA 10 or 30 certification
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in establishing and effectively using project controls tools for large construction projects
- Knowledge of quality, safety, and health guidelines for sizeable industrial construction job sites
