Qualificações

Job Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of clinical implementation projects, ensuring timely completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, RAID logs, and other project artifacts
• Communicate with operational areas to secure necessary resources for projects
• Organize and document meetings with leadership and project teams to assess project health
• Provide status reports on project milestones, risks, and issues to leadership

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of business project management experience
• Solid understanding of operations, technology, communications, and processes
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint
• Proven ability to deliver clear and effective written and verbal communications
• Strong skills in presentation design and visualization

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification
• Six Sigma Certification
• Working knowledge of Medicaid business and agile methodologies
• Familiarity with clinical programs in the healthcare sector
