What You’ll Do

• ✨ Own and manage the product backlog
• 📋 Write clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
• 🤝 Collaborate with engineering, QA, and business stakeholders
• 🧠 Lead product discussions and influence technical & business decisions
• ⚙️ Translate business needs into technical requirements
• 📊 Ensure alignment across product vision, roadmap, and delivery

What You Bring

• ✅ 5–10 years as a Product Owner or Technical Business Analyst
• ✅ Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
• ✅ Must-have: Insurance domain experience
• ➕ Nice to have: IVR domain knowledge
• ✅ Ability to discuss system architecture, APIs, integrations, and data flows
• ✅ Excellent communication, stakeholder management & problem-solving skills
• ✅ Proven ability to lead discussions and drive decision-making
