Job Responsibilities

• Lead the product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical execution.
• Define product vision, roadmaps, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Drive product launches including working with marketing, executives, and other team members.
• Be a customer advocate, identifying pain points and translating them into product features.
• Ensure alignment between stakeholders, ensuring timely and high-quality product releases.

Job Requirements

• Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)
• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager
• Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial)
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively present to executive leadership.
• Solid technical background with an understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles.
• Skilled in working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on attitude.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong desire for continuous learning

Nice to have

• Portuguese language skills are highly desired and will be prioritized in the selection process.

Position Type and Hours

This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
