Job Description

Responsibilities and Impact

• Asset and Content Uploads: Manage product asset uploads to systems of record leveraging DAM, PCM, and PIM across brand, campaign, and eCommerce strategies.
• Metadata Optimization: Ensure metadata is optimized and complete, and assets are associated with relevant items.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee product marketing and product information throughout the product lifecycle, from new product introduction to obsolescence.
• Digital Asset Management: Prioritize and validate digital asset requests, meet quality guidelines, gather accurate metadata, and assist with metrics reporting and process documentation.
• Product Data Management: Create, maintain, and manage product data in systems of record, including the 3M GPIM ecosystem, to support omni-channel digital presence.
• Content Management: Manage libraries of assets for assigned business teams, support other business unit needs based on volume, and govern compliance archiving.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize requests based on business and customer needs.
• Process Improvement: Continuously streamline and improve processes, becoming an expert in the 3M Global Product Hierarchy.
• Communication and Support: Actively communicate with the Team Lead regarding performance, support administrative tasks, and backup peers or the Team Lead when necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Working knowledge and experience in Product Content and/or Digital Asset Management environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Portuguese.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in CPG companies, particularly in PIM, DAM, or eCommerce roles.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal systems of record (e.g., SAP, Hybris, Adobe, HAMR).
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of global product hierarchy systems and structures.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Exceptional ability to organize tasks and manage time effectively to meet multiple deadlines.
• Ability to operate with minimal supervision and collaborate across various functions and organizational levels.

Work Location

This role follows an on-site working model, with the employee expected to be in the office at least four days per week in Sumaré/SP.
