We're currently looking for our new Process Specialist, who will be responsible for leading new product introduction projects, implementing new processes and promoting plant layout improvements.

A typical day at work

As a Process Specialist, you will contribute to our mission by supporting the Manufacturing Engineering area within the Global Food Preservation teams, managing product introduction activities.

Some responsibilities will be :

• To develop structured presentations, reports and business cases, aiming at subsidizing managerial decision making;
• To ensure compliance with deadlines within the new products introduction processes, both in Latin America and globally;
• To build projects reports and presentations to the steering committee, and to prepare management reports for the GME team when required;
• To collaborate across business areas to make smart use of our insights and technologies;
• To assist in the homologation of suppliers of machines, toolings, devices and new technologies, focusing on Virtual Manufacturing and Digital transformation;
• To support and lead common technological roadmap activities;
• To elaborate solid business cases, preparing management reports for GME teams when necessary, and providing financial analysis with focus on overhead.

As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS / C2W).

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor's degree Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Electrical, Chemical, Materials, Robotics) or related areas;
• MBA in Business Management is a strong plus;
• Experience with Footprint-related strategic planning;
• Experience with mid-level and high complexity project management in national and international environments (preferably in Digital Manufacturing and / or Automation);
• Knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies;
• Knowledge of Financial Mathematics and Data Analysis;
• Availability to travel nationally and internationally;
• Advanced Office skills (Excel, MS Project);
• Advanced English (Spanish is a plus).
