GET TO KNOW OUR AREA

The CP–CROP Planning Department covers Supply Chain, S&OP, and both product and production planning. The structure is divided into two major pillars: Supply Planning, which ensures demand planning and fulfillment, and Strategy & Pipeline, responsible for defining the production network across Latin America, including decisions on where products will be manufactured and which plants will launch new items.

The team works in close partnership with several internal areas such as Regulatory, Master Data, and Performance, while coordinating 7 manufacturing plants and 9 tollers. This role does not include direct reports and operates through influential leadership.

The key challenge is to act as a transformation catalyst for Strategy and Planning, strengthening processes, governance, continuous improvement, and digital tools, ultimately driving efficiency, predictability, and functional integration across the organization.

YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO
  • Planning Operational Excellence & Lean Management: Lead the implementation of Lean Management and continuous improvement practices, standardizing core processes and eliminating waste to increase efficiency and operational stability;
  • Planning Systems Champion: CPP Strategy & Planning leadership, regarding implementation, enhancement & synchronization of planning systems ecosystem, reducing inefficiencies and boosting productivity;
  • Planning Governance & Performance Management: Establish and sustain KPI‑based governance with dashboards, executive routines and root‑cause analysis, ensuring transparency and data‑driven decision‑making;
  • Digital Transformation & Artificial Intelligence: Drive the function’s digital roadmap, prioritizing automation, advanced analytics and AI solutions that enhance predictability, productivity and cross‑functional integration;
  • Culture, Capability Building & Change Management: Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by training teams in Lean, digital practices, governance and AI, and ensuring strong adoption of new ways of working.
ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Sciences required or equivalent education, MBA preferred;
  • Extensive experience accumulated in different areas of Product Supply or related fields;
  • Key competencies: Focus on Outcomes / Act, Learn Fast & Evolve / Co‑Create for Customers / Lead by Influence.
  • Strategic yet hands‑on, with strong influencing capability / Fast learner, adaptive, curious and experimentation‑oriented / Ability to structure problems and generate insights quickly;
  • Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
