Business Intelligence Partner – Business Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 5–7 years in analytics to translate business needs into data‑driven solutions, support strategic initiatives, and enhance decision‑making through actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements for analytics solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear data requirements and work with data engineers and analysts to ensure delivery.
• Review dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Support data governance and ensure data quality and consistency across analytics products.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to understand business processes and identify areas for optimization.
• Create user stories, process flows, and functional specifications for analytics projects.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the success of analytics initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and clarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within a data or analytics‑focused environment.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and data warehouses.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a must.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis or machine learning concepts.
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI‑PBA) or related credentials.
