As a People Services Specialist, you will collaborate with the People Services leadership team to design, implement, and optimize programs that enhance the employee experience and drive organizational success.
You will utilize your strong understanding of payroll processes, excellent attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, strong interpersonal abilities and teamwork on a daily basis to ensure our employees are paid on time and in compliance with all regulations.
Fluency in English is a mandatory requirement for this position, as you will be communicating with internal and external stakeholders in English.
This role reports to the People Services Lead based in Recife and will work with the Regional Latin America teams.
