A financial solutions provider is seeking a People Partner Specialist to enhance people practices in Brazil. In this vital role, you will work closely with global leaders and local teams, providing strategic HR support aligned with operations. People Partner Specialist
You’ll be part of our Global People Team, working side by side with leaders in Engineering, Finance, and GRC and Legal to strengthen SumUp's people experience in Brazil.
Reporting to our Head of People in Berlin, you’ll connect strategy and execution, bringing global initiatives to life locally.
Your focus will be on building strong partnerships with leaders, creating clarity amid complexity, and ensuring that our people’s practices support both performance and growth.
You’ll also take ownership of strategic people projects, helping us scale sustainably.
