A prominent investment firm in São Paulo is seeking a qualified finance professional to oversee complex HR budgets and maintain financial accuracy in payrolls. The role involves dynamic reporting and collaboration with senior executives to ensure compliance and drive efficiency. Ideal candidates should have a degree in Finance or related fields, fluent in both English and Spanish, and possess strong abilities in Excel and Power BI. This position offers a challenging environment aimed at fostering high performance among team members.

Qualificações

  • Experience in managing complex multi-currency People Budgets and interacting with FP&A, Accounting, and Technology.
  • Experience with HR Process and Systems.
  • Performance in dynamic and complex markets.

Responsabilidades

  • Planning, analysis, and reporting of people budget and HR costs.
  • Perform payroll analysis ensuring data accuracy in monthly financial closing.
  • Support for Business Partners in goals and simulations.

Conhecimentos

Advanced knowledge in Excel

Knowledge in Power BI
Finance and Accounting expertise

Formação académica

  • This position will be based in Brazil._
Main Responsibilities :
  • Planning, analysis and report of people budget and HR costs (total compensation)
  • Headcount and expenses simulations and scenarios elaboration
  • Perform payroll analysis making sure accuracy of data reported in monthly financial closing
  • Bonus and Shares provision and analysis
  • HR Process and system's automation (support for systems implementation and integrations)
  • Maintenance and improvement of tools for people data visualization and analysis (BI)
  • Support investor's questionnaires for due diligence
  • Comply with SOX requirements
  • Preparation of executive presentations to partners / leaders (monthly forecast, HR demographic decks and others)
  • Support for Business Partners (goals, simulations, analysis, people problem solving)
Requirements :
  • Degree in Finance / Accounting, Engineering, Economics or Administration
  • Performance in dynamic and complex markets / segments (Growing Multinationals, Financial Market Companies, Global Consultancies)
  • Experience in managing complex multi-currency People Budgets / People Planning and interacting with FP&A, Accounting and Technology areas
  • Experience with HR Process and Systems
  • Finance and Accounting expertise
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel and Power Point
  • Advanced / Fluent English and Spanish
  • Knowledge in Power BI and Oracle (HCM, EPM, PBCS, People Planning)
  • Working with high-level executives / Management
