The Partner Development Manager - Activation & Enablement will help onboard and engage new and high potential partners in our ecosystem. You’ll ensure new partners have the tools, training, and guidance they need to activate quickly and start driving mutual success.

This role bridges operational excellence and relationship support — you’ll track onboarding progress, deliver enablement communications, coordinate training events, and gather feedback from partners to improve their experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and track the partner onboarding process — from signed agreement to active status.
  • Maintain onboarding checklists, timelines, and partner progress dashboards.
  • Send welcome communications and share key enablement resources.
  • Help coordinate new partner orientation webinars or office hours.
  • Gather partner feedback post-onboarding and summarize key insights or friction points.
  • Work with Program Managers to track activation milestones and metrics.
  • Support communication and logistics for enablement events, training sessions, and campaigns.
  • Identify partners ready for deeper engagement or inclusion in strategic programs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, communications, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Zift.
  • A growth mindset — eager to learn how partner ecosystems operate.
Success in this Role Means
  • New partners are onboarded efficiently, with clear milestones and support.
  • Partner engagement scores improve within their first 90 days.
  • Activation data is accurate and accessible for the Program Management team.
