A Direct Placement Agency is seeking a part-time LatAm Recruiter to manage the recruitment lifecycle, executing strategies across Latin America. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and strong English communication skills. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers and improving recruitment strategies using various tools. This position offers a flexible remote schedule of 4-6 hours daily from Monday to Friday.

  • Comfortable working reactively on time-sensitive tasks.
