A global customer support company is seeking a Customer Support Agent to join their team in a remote part-time role. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, providing technical assistance, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Candidates should have C1 level proficiency in English and experience in customer support. This position offers flexible scheduling and 20 paid vacation days per year, allowing you to develop skills in an international environment.

Start date : 05.01.2026
Schedule : 8 AM - 8 PM; 8 PM - 8 AM CET, 24 / 7, day and night shifts. (2 by 2. Two working days, followed by two days of rest) (around 8-10 shifts per month)
Proactively ensure uninterrupted coverage of colleagues’ working hours, including night shifts, in response to client requests, particularly during vacations, sick leave, or other absences. All substitutions will be discussed 24-48h upfront.
