About the role:

We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and highly strategic Paid Ads Manager to join our client’s remote performance team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns within a digital marketing agency handling multiple accounts.

This role requires deep platform knowledge, a track record of delivering profitable campaigns, and the ability to lead or mentor a team. You’ll be expected to own campaign performance, develop media plans, optimize at scale, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive client success.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Manage and optimize end-to-end Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) across multiple accounts.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, and ongoing performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create high-converting ads.
  • Maintain and report on budgets, forecasts, and campaign ROAS.
  • Analyze trends and KPIs to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to align paid strategies with broader marketing goals.
  • Keep up with Google’s latest updates, trends, and innovations.
Who are we looking for?
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Google Ads campaign management.
