Qualificações

• Experiência em implementações em ambientes de cloud, especialmente Oracle.
• Habilidade para configuração, cálculo e gestão de números de registro da empresa no Brasil.
• Boa compreensão das exigências e legislações locais relacionadas ao Oracle Cloud.

Responsabilidades

• Resolver problemas e bugs relacionados ao Oracle Cloud Financial Modules.
• Colaborar com usuários para entender e solucionar problemas.
• Trabalhar em solicitações de serviço diretamente com a Oracle.
• Colaborar com a equipe de suporte global na Índia.

Conhecimentos

Experiência em implementações e suporte em nuvem

Capacidade de configurar Oracle Cloud TAX para Brasil

Compreensão da localização no Brasil no Oracle Cloud

Responsabilidades

In this role you will: (responsibilities)

Must-Have :

• Broad experience in cloud implementations & support
• Senior resources with hands-to-keyboard capabilities to configure Oracle Cloud TAX for Brazil localization
• Oracle Cloud tax configuration, calculation, and management of required company registration numbers
• Very good understanding of Brazil related localization in Oracle cloud

Good-to-Have

• Able to work independently with customer
• Agile way of working

Issue resolution and fix

Collaborate and meeting with users to understand the issue

Work with Oracle on Service request

Work with Global Support team located in India and collaborate for smooth issue resolution
