Team Overview

As a member of the 99 Food Regional Operations team, you will contribute to top-level global initiatives and drive strategic projects within your region. Your mission is to generate actionable insights, solve complex operational challenges, and improve regional business performance for 99 Food Service

Role Responsibilities

• Take ownership of leading and executing restaurant (merchant)-related initiatives to drive selection growth, enhance merchant success, and improve operational efficiency across the São Paulo Metropolitan Area.
• Collaborate closely with national operational teams (e.g., Product Operations, Experience Operations, Growth Operations) to address region-specific challenges and support key growth initiatives.
• Lead and deliver cross-functional projects that align with both regional and global strategic priorities.

Role Qualifications

• Educational background: Engineering, Business Administration or related fields is preferred
• Experience on data-based decision-making, exercising good judgment in ambiguous circumstances, and effectively communicating across a diverse team.
• Strong Excel & Power Point skills, proficient in SQL or Python is highly preferred
• Clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly and highlight the key insights
• Proven problem-solving skills
• Excellent organization and time management systems for yourself and your stakeholders
• Language: proficient in English, proficiency in Chinese is a huge plus
