A logistics and supply chain company based in Campinas, Brazil is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee daily activities and ensure compliance with company standards. Responsibilities include managing staff, enforcing policies, and maximizing client service profitability. Execution of the applicable KPI's per company standard to include "The Morning Routine" and operational aspects of "The Director's Playbook" (refer to the Crane Worldwide Logistics Operational KPI Standards addendum)

Coordinates daily and weekly activities, planning workloads and staffing accordingly

Accountable for production, supervision and discipline of employees, and conflict resolution

Monitor and evaluate employees based on goals and standards

Enforce policy and procedure compliance

Coordinate with other departments within the company

Respond to & solve problems (employees and clients)

Train employees on job specific duties and develops employees through coaching

Make suggestions and show initiative for process improvements

Effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and employees

Assist operations Manager with planning and budget process

Lead, direct and manage site operations to ensure that the operations staff

executes service agreements at, or above the client's standards.

Maximize profitability through superior client service, effective and prompt

communications and follow-up on all pending matters with the client.

Plan and monitor daily staffing schedules and adjust accordingly to ensure adequate staffing levels that support operational demands and business objectives.

Oversee accounts receivable, including client invoicing and collections, as needed

Process incoming vendor invoices (cost of transportation and overhead expenses), as needed

Analyze market trends to further develop scalable and strategic operations practices

Other duties as assigned
