A global leader in product identification is seeking an OEM Manager for the LATAM region to lead negotiations with OEM partners and drive sales efficiency. The successful candidate will have over 5 years of experience in sales management, particularly with OEM accounts, and possess strong negotiation skills. Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is preferred. This role offers a hybrid working model based in Brazil, with a focus on developing competitive strategies and improving overall sales effectiveness.

Qualificações

  • 5+ years of successful commercial management in sales or marketing.
  • Experience managing OEM accounts or strategic accounts.
  • Experience negotiating commercial agreements.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the team to negotiate business partnerships and commercial agreements with key OEMs in the region.
  • Drive improved sales efficiency and effectiveness through the rigorous use of sales management tools such as account prospecting, sales funnels, and forecasting.
  • Implement DBS tools to drive process improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales organization and talent improvements, including sales process improvement and channel effectiveness strategies.
  • Partner with Country Managers throughout Latin America and with colleagues across the Global OEM Organization to maximize the effectiveness of our OEM business throughout Latin America.
  • Develop and detail strategic account plans outlining a competitive strategy leading to successful account penetration.
Qualifications
  • Has 5 years or more of successful commercial management (sales or marketing).
  • Is experienced in selling into and managing OEM or other strategic accounts.
  • Is experienced in negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Able to communicate professionally with leadership across multiple countries; ideally fluent/capable in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
