Overview
Perform, under supervision, preventive and corrective maintenance services on aircraft, in accordance with the procedures provided for in the Brazilian aeronautical legislation, manufacturers' manuals and technical manuals, aiming at the perfect functioning of the fleet.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform, under supervision, scheduled and occasional periodic maintenance, repairs and inspections, according to the Daily Maintenance Report (RDM), in accordance with the Service Order (OS), Maintenance Form and manufacturer's manual, aiming at compliance with the Aircraft Maintenance Program and ensuring that they are in airworthy condition.
- Carry out, under supervision, pre-flight inspection procedures, verifying the items contained in the aircraft's Pre-flight Inspection Sheet, to ensure airworthiness conditions before the first flight of the day, in accordance with the requirements of the manufacturer's manual.
- Perform, under supervision, inspection procedures between flights, checking the items in the Pre-flight Inspection Form and visually inspecting the main and tail rotors, to ensure airworthiness conditions before the next flight, in accordance with the determinations of the company's technical manuals.
- Carry out, under supervision, daily inspection procedures, inspecting more comprehensively items that appear in the aircraft's Maintenance Sheet, to meet the requirements of the manufacturer's manual after the last flight of the day.
- Perform, under supervision, scheduled inspection procedures on the aircraft, according to the system database (RAMCO), to ensure airworthiness and that all inspections are carried out.
- Keep the work area clean and organized, within the expected standards, in order to ensure a pleasant environment without risk of accidents.
- Perform, under supervision, other activities inherent to their area of expertise.
