At a time of hypergrowth, LTK is seeking an experienced Marketing Support Specialist to play a key role in executing marketing programs and merchandising campaigns across our key international focus markets: UK, Germany, and Australia, with lighter-touch support for France, Italy, Spain, Ireland, and the Netherlands.
This role is ideal for someone with broad marketing knowledge and hands-on experience operationalising campaigns across regions. The role will closely collaborate with global and local teams to ensure high-quality campaign execution, strong reporting, and continuous optimization based on customer behavior and market insights.
In this role, your job is to be the guardian of marketing excellence and to ensure the effective and efficient execution of all marketing activity across the International regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently implement global marketing and merchandising programs for multiple international markets
- Collaborate cross-functionally to adapt content and campaigns to regional needs and cultural contexts
- Own campaign setup and deployment across email, CRM, and digital channels using platforms like Braze and Hubspot
- Track and report on performance of marketing activities, including campaign metrics, customer engagement, and channel performance
- Analyze brand and customer data to deliver actionable market insights and recommendations
- Support A/B and multivariate testing initiatives; communicate findings to stakeholders
- Assist in creating high-impact visual reports and presentations to share marketing performance with internal teams
- Help coordinate marketing activity timelines and ensure projects stay on track
- Assist in social media execution and scheduling, ensuring timely and culturally relevant content across platforms

Preferred Skills
- Working knowledge of Braze, Hubspot, and marketing automation tools
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data visualization)
- Previous CRM or marketing operations experience
- Experience in paid marketing campaigns (e.g., search, social, display, or programmatic)
- Experience using analytics tools such as Looker, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with LTK Creator and LTK Shopping apps is a plus
