Marketing Program Manager (SEO + Community) – Brazil

Accountabilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and AEO programs to improve organic search visibility and keyword rankings across multiple international markets.
- Lead content strategies for blogs, social media, and community channels, ensuring localization and cultural relevance.
- Build community management frameworks for global platforms, local review sites, and social networks, fostering engagement and trust.
- Manage SEO content agencies and coordinate with designers, copywriters, and video editors to deliver high‑quality content at scale.
- Track, analyze, and report on SEO, social, and community performance metrics to measure impact and inform strategy iterations.
- Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Marketing teams to align content strategies with business objectives and market trends.
- Create content centered on social proof, including user testimonials, tutor spotlights, student success stories, and educational resources.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, content strategy, or digital marketing, with a proven record of building and scaling organic channels.
- Demonstrated expertise in SEO/AEO strategy, including technical SEO, content optimization, and link‑building programs.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and content strategies across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other channels.
- Experience developing content strategies that drive measurable results, including traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Proven ability to manage agencies, freelancers, or internal content teams effectively.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs, and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Native proficiency in Portuguese and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with international or APAC markets, particularly Japan and Korea, is a plus.
- Experience with AI tools for content optimization and SEO research is desirable.
- Background in language learning, education technology, subscription businesses, or influencer/creator partnerships is a bonus.
