The Latin America (LA)_Marketing Manager will evolve and execute an integrated marketing plan focused on building the dss+ brand, positioning our service offerings across industries, executing Go-To-Market initiatives and generating qualified leads across the LA region.
The incumbent will partner with the dss+ LA and USC region, practice and industry teams to upgrade and execute the 2026 LA marketing plans within industry specific verticals (Mining & Metals, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Manufacturing, Chemicals, Agriculture, Food & Beverage) and across dss+ practices (Operational Risk Management - ORM, Operational Excellence - OPEX, ESG & Sustainability, and Digital). The plan should include strategies and tactics designed to:
Position DSS as a thought leader through assisting industries in content development – Points-of-View, articles, case studies, videos, social media posts and press releases
Generate qualified leads and references from a variety of stakeholders including alliance partners, associations, clients and contractors
Develop a calendar for conferences and events
Manage GTM efforts across the region to increase awareness and visibility
Be the champion for Offering Growth Platform (OGP) within the region
Coordinate industry and regional content for the dss+ websites and social channels.
Measure the effectiveness and ROI of marketing lead generation and awareness activities. Use this data to enhance the plan as needed.
The LA Marketing Manager will receive support from the USC marketing and communications team and external agencies.
The position reports to the Americas Marketing and Sales Enablement Lead, and receives functional guidance from the regional leadership team in LA.
Degree in Marketing or similar field
Strong professional experience in marketing and GTM; 7-10 years in a similar position, ideally in a B2B services environment.
Skilled within LinkedIn & LinkedIn Navigator
Understands social posts within tools like LinkedIn and knows how to track and elevate profiles
Ability to influence and negotiate
Experience working with CRM systems
Ability to manage and lead people and agencies, as well as work within a team
Ability to mentor and coach others
Ability to actively listen and understand client needs, using analytical and problem-solving skills to propose and align dss+ solutions effectively
Ability to travel (estimated 20%)
