Job Title : Marketing Assistant

Salary : $3700 - $6300 BRL ($700 - $1200 USD)

Job Description :

Right Rudder Marketing (RRM) is seeking a talented Marketing Assistant to join our team. This position requires someone with leadership skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a fast‑paced learner with a coachable personality who can work in the CENTRAL TIME ZONE.

To be eligible for this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or hands‑on experience with design, UI / UX, SEO, and marketing. Prior work experience in aviation, administration, sales, and / or marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit videos and syndicate content on social media platforms, RRM website, and client websites.
• Manage RRM and client social media profiles to market to future flight school clients and students.
• Collaborate with web dev operations team members to design lead converting web pages.
• Create, review, and revise copywriting on RRM and client websites and social media.
• Design and update graphics used for marketing assets for RRM and clients.
• Use SEO best practices to update website content, syndicate content on the internet, and update/maintain Google Business Profiles (GMB / GBP).
