The Opportunity

This position, once formally opened, will work out of our São Paulo, Michigan site at Brooklin in the Established Pharmaceutical business.

We bring trusted, high-quality medicines to people in the world’s fastest-growing countries, with a broad portfolio of differentiated branded generics across key therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, cardiometabolic health, respiratory care, women’s health, pain management, and central nervous system disorders.

We are also expanding access to biologic and biosimilar therapies—advanced treatments made from living cells—through strategic partnerships and a growing portfolio. Our biosimilars offer safe, effective, and more affordable alternatives to reference biologics, helping overcome barriers to care in oncology, immunology, and women’s health. By improving access in emerging markets, we support better outcomes for patients with serious chronic conditions.

As the Market Access Lead, you’ll have the chance to lead access strategy in private market (supplementary health) and public market (SUS), ensuring product/service incorporation and reimbursement, with a strong focus on oncology and biosimilars.

What You’ll Do
  • Define and execute access strategy across private and public markets, including oncology and biosimilar portfolios.

  • Manage relationships with health operators, administrators, and public bodies (CONITEC, ANS), ensuring alignment for oncology and biosimilar products.

  • Coordinate health economic studies and clinical evidence for reimbursement, particularly for oncology and biosimilar therapies.

  • Collaborate with Commercial Team on price and contract negotiations with payers, considering oncology and biosimilar market dynamics.

  • Guide KAM team and access specialists in strategies for oncology and biosimilars.

  • Monitor regulations, HTA processes, and market opportunities related to oncology and biosimilars.

Qualifications / Experiences
  • Bachelor Degree. Post-Grad or Master is a plus.
