To strengthen our team, we are looking to fill the position of Market Access HEOR and Pricing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Access Strategy Development: Lead the development and implementation of access strategies at national and regional levels, ensuring alignment with the company's therapeutic objectives and market goals. Preparation and implement tools and materials to support customer access account managers. Assembly of the Access Plan and identification of projects.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, policymakers, and industry groups to facilitate market access.

Pricing and Reimbursement: Develop and execute pricing strategies, conduct quantitative and qualitative pricing research, and manage reimbursement processes to secure favorable access conditions. Management of suppliers for the preparation of ATS and pricing dossiers. Drive ATS and pricing processes – CONITEC, ANS and CMED and global internal pricing teams business cases development & negotiations.

Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR): Collaborate with HEOR teams and develop local to generate and communicate evidence that demonstrates the value of the company's products.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations and guidelines and provide strategic input on regulatory submissions and interactions with health authorities.

Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and healthcare policies to identify opportunities and threats to market access and main process and results indicators.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical, and sales, to ensure integrated access strategies and successful product launches. Support for global and local demands;demands.

Training and Development: Provide training and support to internal teams on market access strategies, policies, and best practices.

Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present reports to senior management on market access activities, outcomes, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree;
  • Experience in the Market access area, HEOR and Princing is mandatory;
  • Experience in the healthcare system;
  • Fluent English;
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience required.
