What You Will Do

Manage the non-total cost of care value based models including bundled/episode payments and hospital pay for performance programs.

  • National Tracking/Performance Monitoring - in conjunction with our analytic group, accountable for creating, maintaining, and communicating consolidated Value Based revenue results by ministry, market, and program type. This would be inclusive of all value based programs (i.e. MSSP, VBP, Hospital P4P, etc.)
  • Value Based Program Maintenance/Tracking - monitor and maintain database of all Value Based programs by segment, service type, program type, and ministry/market to ensure consistent tracking and reporting.
  • Budget Expectations - coordination of budget targets for VBP contracts
  • System Integration - assure systems (Icertis, Innovaccer, etc.) are updated appropriately and functioning for VBP Managed Care team
  • Manage provider designation & center of excellence programs.
  • Understand and utilize financial reimbursement methodologies that are different from normal fee-for-service in order to align Ascension, Ascension Medical Group and partnered independent provider interests.
  • Coordinate annual value-based model transition/growth reporting.
What You Will Need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Additional Preferences

Additional Preferences:

  • 3-5 years of value based program maintenance and tracking experience, preferred.
  • 3-5 years of national tracking and performance monitoring experience, preferred.
  • 3-5 years of leading and managing teams experience, preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills a must have.
  • Strong interpersonal skills a must have.
