Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for Pharmaceutical Optimization services
  • Manage inventory and stock through primary distributors to enhance pharmacy service
  • Collaborate with pharmacy directors for improved reporting and process recommendations
  • Direct and manage staff, including evaluating, coaching, and assigning work
  • Oversee the inventory optimization process and manage product expiration
Qualifications (What is Required)
  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable job-specific experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership or management experience
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management principles
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and ensure compliance with allocated funding
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • 4+ years of professional experience with at least 2 years in people management
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
  • Experience in 340B medication management
  • Demonstrated ability to foster diversity and inclusion within teams
