Purpouse

Plant PC&L Management ensures smooth logistics processes with highest customer satisfaction, best costs and high motivated PC&L.

Responsible for production planning, material planning and warehousing management.

Ensure PC&L standards, methods and tools implemented within the plant.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible to achieve the budget.
  • Evaluate competences and assign trainings to the team.
  • Employee Empowerment.
  • Define PC&L deployment objectives with the plant management.
  • Team and set up actions to achieve the targets.
  • Define and monitor KPIs for logistics costs e.g. freight cost, stock coverage, stock accuracy following the company targets.
  • Drive projects together with BU and Global PC&L for further cost reductions.
  • Monitor and control target achievements within the team members.
  • Lead actively Master Production Schedule meetings and Forecast (S&OP) Meetings.
  • Set up and follow escalation concepts within the supply chain.
  • Drive logistics workshops.
  • Ensure 6S and HSE.
  • Customer/supplier contact in case of escalation.
  • Ensure conformance to the requirements of the International Standards.
  • Ensure that the processes are delivering their intended outputs.
  • Report the performance of relevant processes (e.g., customer delivery performance) and continuously improve EBOS.

Promote customer focus throughout the organization

Budget

DIO, freight costs, packaging costs, HC

Ensure that customer requirements are met

Corrective and preventive actions, logistics information, customer scorecard and portal.

Experience and Knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Solid experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations.
  • Experience with inventory management, transportation, and distribution.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Spanish is a plus
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement.
  • 10 years of experience leading teams.
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Logistics / Supply Chain.
