KANTAR is looking for a LEGAL MANAGER in BRASIL, this person will be responsible for :

• Review and negotiate all contracts with clients and suppliers in Brazil, ensuring compliance with internal policies and current legislation.
• Coordinate regional legal demands and lead negotiations with clients and suppliers across LATAM.
• Act as the focal point for data protection and artificial intelligence topics, collaborating with the global team and leading regional initiatives.
• Provide legal consulting in labor, corporate, and regulatory areas, supporting business units with strategic and secure guidance.
• Develop innovative legal solutions, including automation of templates and application of AI in Law.
• Support audits, supplier approvals, and contractual risk analysis.
• Disseminate legal knowledge through training and advisory support to internal teams.
• Represent the legal department in strategic meetings and multidisciplinary projects, contributing to regionally impactful decisions.
• Organize and track legal tasks via Planner and Teams, ensuring traceability and efficiency in demand management.
